Thank you for your interest in recruiting Massasoit Community College students. The Career Placement office at Massasoit Community College offers a variety of options for employers to recruit our students. We are open to working with you to help you recruit candidates.

Job Listing Services
Employers may post full-time, part-time, temporary, summer, and seasonal job opportunities for Massasoit Community College students and alumni, free of charge. These opportunities are accessible and shared with Massasoit Community College students, alumni and the college community. Employers and individuals offering employment/entrepreneurial opportunities with compensation packages requiring commission only or requiring prospective employees to purchase a franchise, products or services upfront, or where compensation is based exclusively on commission or fees/percentage of sales from others under their sponsorship in the organization, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse to post jobs that do not support the "interests" of the College.

The responsibility for a background screening of prospective employees and employers rests with the respective companies and students, as does the decision to extend or accept employment offers. Annual Job Fair
We offer one Job Fair every April that targets all programs offered by Massasoit Community College. This event offers employers agreat way to meet a large number of potential candidates, including entry-level and seasoned professionals who are seeking part-time, full-time, summer, and seasonal employment.

Our Job Fair is open to current Massasoit Community College students, alumni and the college community.

Recruitment Days
In addition to our Job Fair we offer “Employer of the Week”, a program for local companies to come on campus to recruit for full-time and part-time jobs. Employers are on site Wednesdays from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Brockton and Canton Campus.
