Credit courses:
Withdrawal before classes begin: 100% of tuition and fees.
Withdrawal during the first two calendar days of summer session: 100% of tuition and fees, less $50.
Withdrawal during the 3rd and 4th day of each session: 50% of tuition and fees.
NO REFUND AFTER THE 4TH CALENDAR DAY OF EACH SESSION.
Non-credit courses:
Withdrawal before the first class, 100% refund.
Withdrawal after the 1st class and before the
2nd class varies from 0-50% depending on the total length of the course. |

**Restricted registration: For full semester classes, students may add or drop a class until the start
time of the first class in the second week of the semester. Add/drop on the day of the first class
meeting in the second week must be processed in the Registrar’s Office.
Starting September 4, students must come to the Registrar’s Office or send an email to registrar@massasoit.mass.edu from their Massasoit email account if they want to drop or withdraw from their entire schedule.
Note: Students cannot drop their last course online once classes start on September 4. Students must instead
come in to the office or notify the office in writing via fax, scan to email, or email the office from their Massasoit email account. |
