Information Technology is creating a separate Student Help Desk located on the Brockton Campus in SC190 (also known as the SCCC).
Students can get help with password issues related to:
- Massasoit computer network login
- CE6 (WebCT)
- Luminis (MyMassasoit)
- Banner Access

8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

A valid photo ID is required.
*After 4pm students will be directed to the T544 Help Desk for password assistance.
Please note: The existing Faculty & Staff Help Desk is still located in the Technology Building on the Brockton Campus (T544).
During this transition to a separate Student Help Desk, T544 will still assist students with log-on and password issues.
