Student Help Desk
Information Technology is creating a separate Student Help Desk
located on the Brockton Campus in SC190 (also known as the SCCC).

Students can get help with password issues related to:
  • Massasoit computer network login
  • CE6 (WebCT/Blackboard)
  • My Massasoit (Luminis)
  • Banner Access
A valid photo ID is required.

The Student Help Desk is open the following hours:
Monday – Thursday   8:00am – 9:00pm
Friday                           8:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday                       8:30am – 4:30pm

8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

For assistance with passwords, the hours of operation are:
Monday – Wednesday 8:00am – 9:00pm (all passwords)
Thursday 8:00am -  9:00pm (lab login assistance only)
Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (lab login assistance only)
Saturday 8:30am – 4:30pm (all passwords)

*After 4pm students will be directed to the T544 Help Desk
for password assistance.
