Information Technology is creating a separate Student Help Desk located on the Brockton Campus in SC190 – also known as the SCCC.
Students can get help with password issues related to:
- Massasoit computer network logon
- CE6 (WebCT)
- Luminis (MyMassasoit)
- Banner access
Student Help Desk Hours:
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

*After 4pm students will be directed to the T544 Help Desk for password assistance.
Please note: The existing Faculty & Staff Help Desk is located in the Technology Building on the Brockton campus (T544).
During this transition to a separate Student Help Desk, T544 will still assist students with log-on and password issues. |
The Office of Information Technology provides support for technologies to enhance learning and increase the efficiency of academic and administrative processes. In partnership with academic and administrative departments OIT is a key contributor to the success of the college’s mission. We strive to promote partnerships and collaboration to achieve excellence in the use of information technology; and for responsiveness, reliability, and excellence in customer service.
The Office of Information Technology assists the college community in the use of technology through service delivery and support; training opportunities for faculty and staff; maintenance of desktop, laptop, network, and server technology; and provision of web services. We maintain academic computer labs, support desktop and laptop technology for faculty and staff, help insure that the College's technology infrastructure meets user needs, and support the delivery and receipt of distance learning.

Scheduled maintenance occurs on Friday mornings between 7am and 9am.
Any disruption in service effecting classes will be posted in advance. |
