Chief Newell started out as a patrol officer in 1978 and was later promoted to Sergeant, assigned as the evening shift as supervisor. In addition to supervising the evening shift as a Sergeant, Chief Newell oversaw department scheduling and details. He was the detail liaison officer for local departments. Chief Newell was one of the first members of the Brockton Police Auxiliary in 1971 and is a graduate of the Plymouth Police Academy . Chief Newell was promoted as the department's Chief in January 2003

Sgt. Holland started as a patrol officer with Massasoit PD in 1995 and was promoted to Sergeant in 1999. Prior to working for Massasoit PD, Sgt. Holland worked for the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division at the White House. Sgt. Holland attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Academy in Glynco, GA and the United States Secret Service Academy in Beltsville MD. Sgt. Holland also served as a motorcycle officer on U.S. Secret Service. Sgt. Holland earned an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement from Massasoit College and a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from UMASS - Boston.
Sgt. Holland also earned a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College. Sgt. Holland is the department's Crime Prevention Officer, certified R.A.D. Instructor and one of the department's sexual assault investigators.

Officer Onujiogu has been a member of this department since May 1999. Prior to working for Massasoit PD, Off. Onujiogu worked 4 years as permanent intermittent police officer for Wareham Police Department and attended Plymouth Police Academy. He received a B.A. Degree in Counseling from Wayne State College. Officer Onujiogu also worked for South Shore Mental Health and was the co-founder of the Neutral Ground Visitation Program. Officer Onujiogu is certified Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor and worked as a DARE instructor with District Attorney Michael Sullivan DARE Summer Camp and Camp Massasoit. Officer Onujiogu is also the department's anti-gang officer.

Officer Mitchell is a member of our department for the last 14 years. Officer Mitchell worked for the Whitman Police Department as a special police officer and also worked as a part time deputy for the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department. Wayne attended the Plymouth Police Academy.

Officer Coppage became an officer for Massasoit PD in May 1999. Prior to working for us, Officer Coppage worked as a special/reserve police officer for Rockland PD where he is still an active member. He attended Foxboro Police Academy and holds an Associate Degree from Massasoit Community College in Criminal Justice. Off.Coppage graduated from Massasoit in 1996 and was the student center president. Robert is currently attending Curry College and will receive his B.A. in Criminal Justice next year. Off.Coppage is one of the department's bike officer.

Officer Skahan has been a patrol officer on the midnight shift since 2001. Prior to Massasoit P.D Skahan has police experience with Mass Bay College, Whitman P.D Auxiliary, and as a Boston Police Special. He holds an Associate in Law Enforcement from Massasoit Community College, and attended the police academy at Plymouth.

Officer Mariano joined the ranks in 2004 assigned to the evening shirt He is a certified member of the bike unit. Prior experience for Tom includes working for Randolph P.D as an auxiliary officer, Boston Special Police. Officer Mariano also as experience in Fugitive Recovery work thought out New England . He attended the police academy at Foxboro.

Officer O'Sullivan came a aboard in 2004 and works the evening shift in patrol. Chris has a successful history with other police agencies to include patrolman duties at Bunker Hill Community College, and the State DPH in Boston. He holds Bachelors in Sociology (U/Mass) and an Associate in Criminal Justice ( Quincy College ). He successfully completed the rigorous Special State Police Officer (SSPO) Academy course at New Braintree in 1996.

Officer Allington joined the department in 2004 and is assigned to the evening shift in patrol. Bart has a career that began with the Boston Municipal Police in 1995 and also includes the Merrimack College P.D and the Suffolk County Sheriff's Dept. He is a graduate of the Norwood Police Academy and holds a Bachelor in Criminal Justice from Curry College.

Officer Mahase joined the department in 2004 and is assigned to the day watch. She is a certified member of the bike unit. Her prior law enforcement work includes that as a Boston Special Officer and with the Randolph P.D as an auxiliary officer. Officer Mahase is a graduate of the Norwood Police Academy and holds an Associate in Law Enforcement from Massasoit Community College.

Steve Meager is our night shift dispatcher. Steve worked for Bridgewater State College Police Department as an ISO and also worked as a dispatcher for Rochester Police Department. |
| Scott Albertson is our days shift dispatcher. Scott worked as administrative assistant for three years before that he was a body guard for the nurses at the Brockton visiting nurse assoc. For six years he also did courier work for them. |
Bradley Potolicchio is currently assigned to the Mid Shift as a dispatcher.
