Library Instruction Request Form

Please submit a separate form for each class you wish to schedule

To request a library instruction session for your class please fill out the following form. Submitting this form does not guarantee your request. A librarian will contact you usually within 24 hours. We request that instructor be present during the class. Due to preparation time and instruction area availability, we request a minimum of one week's notice.
