| 1. Go back to Massasoit's Homepage. In the left-side column at the top of the page is the link called "Banner Access". Click there to access the "Login Page". |
| 2. This takes you to a "Secure Login Page " entitled "Massasoit Community College Information System". Click on "Enter Secure Area", your first option. |
| 3. Your User ID is your Student ID number - this will begin with the letter "V" and appears on all your official documents from the College, and your PIN number is your birthdate using two digits for the month, two digits for the day, and two digits for the year you were born, like this: mmddyy. Enter these 6 numeric digits with no spaces, backslashes or hyphens. |
| For example: If you were born on August 15th, 1975 your PIN number would look like this: 081575 |

| 4. You will then be asked to change your PIN. Enter your old PIN (mmddyy) and then choose a new PIN that is a different six-digit number that you will remember. You cannot use your old PIN again. |
| 5. You will then be prompted to create a Security Question and Answer. This question should be one that only you will know the answer to, such as: What is my mother's maiden name? or What is my favorite color? You must type in the question as well as the answer. Once you have done this, click Submit. |
| 6. This takes you to a menu of options. Single click on "Student Services & Financial Aid". To review address, phone, etc. click on "Personal Information". To review grades, click on Student Records, and then "Grades". |
| 7. The system will time out after 15 minutes of non-use. |

Registration - Student Schedule by Day and Time - gives your schedule for the semester you select
Student Records - View holds, display grades and transcripts, view charges and payments (this is also where financial aid recipients can view their financial aid disbursements) and view Degree Evaluations.
