Paula “Roly” Landers has been a member of the Massasoit Athletic Dept.  since 1993. Roly received her B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education and a M.Ed degree in Counseling at Bridgewater State College. The Associate Athletic Director is also the Academic Coordinator and Compliance Officer for student-athletes.

Roly began her career at Massasoit in 1986 as a counselor in the Latch program and became a counselor in the Advisement and Counseling Dept. in 1987. She then took the position of Freshman Seminar Coordinator in 1991 before moving on to the Athletic Dept as the Asst. A.D. She resides in Plymouth with her husband Steve.  Roly has 2 grown children, Mike and Jamie
