The President’s Community Advisory Council (PCAC)
The President’s Community Advisory Council is a board of community leaders who reflect the diversity of the residents within the surrounding community. The mission of the PCAC is to help ensure the incorporation of diversity among the college student body, faculty, staff and trustees. Monthly meetings of the Council offer a venue to engage community leaders on multicultural issues.

National Coalition Building  Institute (NCBI)
The National Coalition Building Institute is an international leadership training organization. NCBI trains leaders from all sectors of society to effectively address prejudice and discrimination within their institutions and are dedicated to welcoming diversity and strengthening connections among people. NCBI workshops are interactive and staff members of the MCC community are trained facilitators to present diversity and conflict resolution workshops.

The Senior Center
The Senior Center provides seniors ageless learning opportunities through engaging and meaningful activities. The Center provides a friendly, inviting atmosphere for seniors to meet and talk with each other, share ideas and foster new friendships. In addition, the College offers a tuition waiver on a seat basis for those 60 years of age and older. New participants are always welcome!

The Women’s Resource Center
The WRC provides a supportive campus climate with a wide range of services to students, staff, faculty and the community, which advocates for institutional, political and social change to meet the needs of women. Various programs and activities include a month-long celebration of Women’s History Month that highlights achievements of women locally, nationally and globally.
