The Diversity Policy Task Force was established by the Board of Trustees for the purpose of examining and considering all matters having to do with policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the College for the purpose of ensuring that Massasoit’s diversity goals and objectives are reflected in these policies. In addition, it is to investigate the culture that exists on campus and the various campus communities including;
Students, faculty, union and non-union employees to determine if the College is sufficiently responsive to the need for diversity in its employment of faculty, administrative and executive personnel, and in its recruitment of students.
The Task Force is directed to make recommendations to the entire Board, including specific policies that, if adopted will have the long- term effect of having the College’s various constituencies  reflect the diversity of the college’s service area
