- On August 9 th , Professors Schaub and Stevenson presented an outline of the accreditation visiting team's schedule to the Board of Trustees, highlighted significant aspects of the Self-Study, and answered questions regarding the October visit.
- In late August, the Self-Study was sent to the visiting team and NEASC; it was also distributed campus wide. The College also sought third party comments by placing notices of the October accreditation visit in local papers.
- On September 13 th , Professors Stevenson and Schaub attended the Board of Trustees meeting and gave an update regarding the upcoming accreditation visit and reviewed the details of the October team visit.
- On September 15 th , the College held its Fall Convocation and dedicated the afternoon to accreditation. Professors Schaub and Stevenson gave a presentation regarding the history of the self-study process and reviewed the upcoming schedule of the visiting team.
- In late September, Department Chairs met and discussed assessment tools used in conjunction with course outcomes. These materials were then collected for the accreditation workroom.
- At the end of September, the Strategic Planning Committee met and began discussions on integrating Self-Study Projections into the next Strategic Plan.
- On September 27 th , Profession Stevenson attended the Board of Trustees meeting to give a final update regarding accreditation prior to the accreditation team's visit.
- The NEASC Visiting Team was on campus from October 15 th to October 18 th . The team met with various college constituencies including faculty, students, staff, administrators and Trustees. On the 18 th , the Chair of the Team gave an oral exit report; the event was open to the entire College community.
