Marine Technician Certificate
Course Information 350-hour program offered in partnership with the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association.
This program will take up to one full year to complete.
Marine Technician - Three Modules - Non Credit
Marine Technician Fundamentals- 140 hours. (Fall)

You must meet certain criteria before being granted enrollment. To register call 508-588-9100 x1560, Elaine Stewart, Dean of Workforce Development & Community Education.

Marine Technician Outboard Engines-96 hours. (Spring) Approved for State Workforce Training Fund Express
Marine Technician Inboard Engines- 114 hours. (Spring)  
This program runs two evenings / week. Plus 2 nd or 3 rd Saturday from September to May. Call 508-588-1900 x1560 or 1509 for more information.
Some classes will be held on-site at a local marina. All three modules must be completed successfully to receive the industry recognized Marine Technician Certificate from the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association. Through this program, assistance in gaining a position in the recreational marine trades is offered by the Massachusetts Marine Trade Association.
