In-House Certificate Interactive Website Design for Artists & Graphic Designers Course Information The Interactive Web Site Design for Artists & Graphic Designers certificate program will train students in both the theory and practice of multimedia design. The program emphasizes the development of creative concepts and will provide students with both didactic lectures and the hands-on lab experience necessary to create web sites that are both aesthetically elegant and functionally intuitive. Instruction will focus on the technological aspects of web design including web authoring tools using a visual text editor to streamline the web page design and the use of 2-D animation, Flash, and Final Cut Express. Program Requirments First Semester Adobe Photoshop Information Design Dreamweaver Second Semester Flash Animation Multimedia Third Semester Final Project: Development and publishing a web site.
