This two-part certificate program can be completed in one semester. Part I is designed for entry-level Human Resources professionals and covers the fundamental functions of Human Resources Management. State and Federal Employment Laws covered include: Wage and Hours; Child Labor; Discrimination; Equal Employment Opportunity; Affirmative Action; Sexual Harassment; Americans with Disabilities; Immigration Reform and Control. Part II addresses Compensation and Benefits, Learning, and Organizational Development and HR as a strategic business partner. |
